This case study is very useful, illustrates the challenges and how the business agility can be improved. TeleChoice, is an info communications firm which deals on IT infrastructure, networking, products and services.  The business Situation is like, employees were limited by the size of email inboxes, lacking reliable, centralized file sharing and lost files claimed a large portion of IT Staff time.  So, the main focus of Company is they needed an upgrade.

Microsoft Office 365, plays an important role in solving the company needs an put an end to the time consuming requests. Every employee provided with additional inbox capacity of about 25GB with centralized file sharing that is safe and reliable; in addition, document can be backed up and easily coverable. Furthermore, new virtual collaboration tool have made it faster and easier for employees to reach each other through instant chat and conferencing.

In my opinion, I feel that an organisation has to be updated with the latest and effective technology to deliver the best result to their customers and make a good reputation in the market.

Case study of HP

This case study is very useful and shows the impact of LinkedIn Recommendation Ads.  HP’s social media team accelerated and work-hard to show their capabilities and launched their ‘Company Page’, to target the business professional and collaborated with LinkedIn because LinkedIn #1 resource for career-minded professionals and targeted to the specific people by their designation such as seniority, industry, job function and geography.  The result was Marvellous, in just two week they received 2000 product recommendations, following to 20,000 new followers on Company page, in addition, 500,000 viral updates about the HP products and services.

Overall, the result was fascinating, and shows the impact of ads on social networks and how fast it can achieved the result, if targeted the audience or people in effective manner.

Android apps get SSL wrong, expose personal data

Researchers find that the 1000 insecure applications, pinch credit cards and other data because the developers misusing the SSL setting in Android API. They claims that, “ they can capture credentials  from American express, Diners club PayPal, bank account, facebook, twitter, google, yahoo, Microsoft Live ID,  Box, word press, remote control  servers, arbitrary e-mail accounts and IBM same time”.

In addition, the researchers note that number of apps provided insufficient feedback to users such as, they fail to tell the user whether or not it was using SSL to transmit user credentials.

Researches had developed a tool named, Mallodroid, an app to scan and check whether it under SSL implementation or not and will be available for web app and as a part of Androguard security scanner.
